Return Policy

Domestic Shipments
Returns are allowed with a return authorization only.  All products must be returned within 7 business days after the receipt date.  Products must be in original condition in order to receive full credit of the purchase price of the product only.   There are no refunds on shipping and handling.  Please use a blanket when trying the saddle on your horse.  Bits must be clean.

Virtual Horse City reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for products. 

Buyer must pay for return shipping.  Buyer must call or email Virtual Horse City for return authorization before he/she returns the product.

NO PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

International Shipments
There are no returns on international shipments.

Custom Orders
There are no returns on custom orders.  This includes Sliester Show Bits.
